Lavender, Frankincense, wintergreen, Birch and Fractionated

Coconut Oil. As we created this blend we picked only the best

essential oils to help calm the discomfort and tension that come with

every headache. Use this blend at the first signs of a headache for

best results.

Relief Blend Oil Application:

Can be used aromatically

Can be used on the body topically (Dilute for young or sensitive skin)

**Warning: Wintergreen and Birch should not be used if you are allergic to aspirin or

currently on blood thinner medications. People with epilepsy should avoid Birch essential

oil due to the high concentration of methyl salicylate. Birch oil should also be avoided

during pregnancy.
