Clary sage is a great calming oil that is  used frequently by women to calm monthly menstrual cycles.  It also helps reduce stress and has great mood-enhancing properties when used aromatically and during massage.

Clary Sage has been used to uplift mood, clear eye problems, improve vision and protect eyes from age related degenerations.

Possible Uses:

Blend with a cream or lotion to assist in body odor, PMS or cramps

Blend with massage oil to assist with muscle pains or cramps

Diffuse to uplift mood

Blends well With:

Geranium, Sandalwood, Citrus Oils and Frankincense
