Historical Uses: 

In the 17th century Europe went crazy for this African Plant and started to cultivate it themselves. There are now more than 700 species but only 10 are used to produce essential oils.  It has also been used historically to remove bad or negative memories and support the circulatory and nervous system.

Possible Uses:

Diffuse to help relieve stress, depression, PMS, anxiety and tension along with help balance the mind and emotions.

Add to shampoo to help combat head lice.

Blends well With:

Basil, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lime and Rosemary
